Coffee will keep us together.

Freddo Espresso, shaken over ice the Greek way and poured with a bartender’s timing. Homemade baklava on the side. A little hospitality in every cup.

“Made it with skill and brand it with pride!”

Side A · Liner notes

From behind the bar to behind the espresso.

Born and raised in Greece, Yanni Moschos spent years bartending before he traded the cocktail shaker for the espresso shaker. Miami knows him simply as Yanni Barista, the man behind the Freddo at the farmers market, pulling shots since 2006.

“Hospitality runs in my DNA, and coffee will keep us together.”Yanni, to Distraction Magazine

He sums up his craft in three words. The third one doesn’t translate, so he pours it instead.

PassionThe reason he’s up before the market opens.
CraftThe shake, the foam, the timing. Every single cup.
MerakiGreek for putting a piece of yourself into what you make.

Side B · The set list

Best served cold. Like a good comeback.

The standards Yanni plays every week, plus the occasional improvisation. In his words, mostly. He wrote them better.
