Our story

Born in a family kitchen in Kendall

Oh My Pavlova started at home in 2020: a mom and her daughter baking the dessert they always made for birthdays, then posting it on Instagram to see what would happen.

Founder Iliana ("Ellie") kept baking through chemotherapy, with the whole family helping with deliveries. Today she's cancer-free, and the little home bakery has grown into a real kitchen and a community of 10,000+ pavlova lovers.
